The Buffalo River State Trail stretches 36 miles between Mondovi and Fairchild Wisconsin. It is enjoyed by many year round recreational activities such as snowmobiling, biking, ATV/UTV, walking/hiking, hunting and horseback riding.
Our summer time trail maintenance focuses on a 7.5 mile stretch that encompasses the Villages of Eleva & Strum. These activities include but are not limited to surface grading, adding new base course, new signage, bridge repair, tree and branch trimming, washout repairs.

Thank you to Rich & Ryan at Universal Truck Equipment for new custom made 3/4 AR plate wear edges for our mower and Sever at Blue Light Welding & Design LLC for some deck repairs and installing the new wear bars! Thanks Brian Long for getting out and brushing/mowing a couple rounds from Eleva to Osseo .. just finishing up early today...
