Strum Public Library

​The Strum Public Library serves library patrons in Strum, Eleva, and surrounding areas in Trempealeau and Eau Claire counties.  As part of the Winding Rivers Library System, based in LaCrosse our materials are available to library users throughout Wisconsin.  Our collections include fiction and non-fiction books, CDs, DVDs, videos, reference materials, newspapers, magazines & some local historical items.
